The operating system for personal shoppers
You're already running a business. Now it looks like one.
Shopperquest gives you the quotes, invoices, tracking, and client updates your business already deserves. You do the hunting. It runs everything else.

The problem
Your shop never closes.
It's midnight and a client wants to know if the bag shipped. Another wants to know why customs held it. A third wants to know if you can still get the small. You know all the answers. You just have to be the one to type them, every time, forever. And the moment you stop replying fast, you look less like a business.
And the order itself lives in five places. The request in a DM. The price in your notes. The tracking in an email. The payment in another app. All of it held together by you.
How it works
From quote to doorstep.
Every other tool assumes you already own the thing you're selling. You don't. You're going to go find it, and you don't know yet what it will cost.
The quote
Quote the full landed cost.
Item, your fee, shipping, duty and tax estimate. You pick the shipping that works best, and your client sees the real landed cost before committing. No surprises at customs, no awkward second invoice.
Requests arrive from your storefront ready to work. If a client messages you instead, paste what they sent and Shopperquest drafts the card for you to check.
Quote
Shipping · your pick
The real number, before you buy.
The invoice
Invoice like a boutique. Get paid your way.
A numbered invoice with your payment link on it. Bank transfer, PayPal, whatever you already use. Deposit and balance if that's how you work. The money goes straight to you. It never touches us.

Your payment link. Your account. Never ours.
The hunt
From purchase to doorstep, one trail.
Record what you paid. Add tracking. Attach receipts and proof photos. Every order keeps its whole story in one place, which is exactly what you want when a client asks questions three weeks later.

The update
Your clients always know where their order is.
Status pages and update emails your clients open from a DM, in their language, with your name on them. Fewer "any update?" messages. More "who does your invoices?"

The storefront
Your own storefront. Not another marketplace.
One link in your bio instead of "DM me." Clients send real requests, with the item, link, size, budget and deadline already filled in. They land on your board while you sleep. Your finds, your process, your page.
Storefront requests land on your board tagged with their source.

The inbox
Every conversation, attached to its order.
Messages from your storefront and your forwarded email land in one inbox, linked to the right quest and client. Every quote, invoice, and status page gives your client a place to ask about their order, and the answer lives with the order. No more scrolling chat history to find what you promised.
An assistant that knows every order.
"Where's my order?" gets answered in seconds, from the order's own trail: status, tracking, photos. At 2am, without you. You choose how it works. Draft mode: it writes, you send. Autopilot: it replies for you, follows your rules, and brings you in the moment a conversation needs your judgment.
Where's my order? 🙏
Good news, it cleared customs in Osaka this morning. EMS EJ 512 344 782 JP, delivery expected Thursday. Photos are on your status page.

Languages
Work in your client's language.
Your app in English. Their invoice in Japanese, and it reads like it came from a department store, not from a translation. Every quote, invoice, and update sends in your client's language. English and Japanese today. More on the way.

Ownership
Your clients. Your money. Your business.
Shopperquest never processes your payments and never stands between you and your clients. Your client list and order history export any time. It's your business. We just make it run.
Clients · yours
Your clients
Nobody can find, poach, or message them through us.
Your money
Clients pay your links directly. We never hold a cent.
Your data
Export clients and orders as CSV any time.

FAQ
Fair questions.
Do you process payments?
No. You attach your own payment link to every invoice. Clients pay you directly. We never hold your money.
Is this a marketplace?
No. Your clients are yours. Nobody can find, poach, or message them through us.
Why not Shopify?
Shopify is built for a catalog: stock you already own, at prices you already set. Proxy and personal shopping is the opposite. You don't have the item, the price depends on what you find, and your client's real number is the item plus your fee plus shipping plus duty. That's a quote, not a checkout. Shopify also sits in your payment path. Shopperquest never touches your money.
Why not just use Notion?
Notion is a good database, and it's free. But it never becomes the thing your client sees. No numbered invoice with your payment link on it. No landed cost. No status page, no update emails in your client's language, no storefront. You can build a version of it yourself. Then you maintain your own CRM forever.
I already have a system that works. Should I switch?
Maybe not. If your clients send you links, you know the price up front, and your invoicing works, you've solved this. Shopperquest is for shoppers who are still holding the whole business together themselves, and for the parts no invoicing tool covers: the hunt, the landed cost, the proof photos, and the client questions arriving at midnight.
Does AI talk to my clients?
Only if you turn that on. Out of the box it drafts replies from the order's history and you send them. On autopilot it answers routine questions for you, follows your rules and risk settings, and hands the conversation to you the moment one needs your judgment. You can see every message either way.
Can it read my Instagram or LINE messages?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Your storefront and your email connect today. Every quote, invoice, and status page gives your client a direct line about their order, so the conversations that matter end up here on their own.
What languages does it work in?
Every client document and update email sends in your client's language, not yours. English and Japanese today. More languages are coming; the product was built for this from day one.
What if I leave?
Export your clients and orders as CSV any time.
Do I need a website?
No. Your storefront is your page. If you have a site, link it.
What does it cost?
Free to start. Paid plans grow with your paid-order volume. See pricing.
